Neu Dynamics Corporation has over forty years of experience in the design and building of tools for the thermoplastic and thermoset injection molding industry.

Neu Dynamics expertise in design and manufacturing ranges from modular tooling (either custom or standardized frame styles) to fully dedicated multi-cavity/multi-drop hot runner systems.

Neu Dynamics has designed and built hundreds of cam action injection tools for the coil/bobbin industry. Many tools were built for engineering grade polymers such as L.C.P. Insert tooling is just one more example of the magnitude of diverse tooling expertise. Our insert tools range from leadframe style to semi-automatic loaded singulated terminals for multi-cavity tools.

Each injection tool at Neu Dynamics is designed on our Autocad system and manufactured in our state of the art CNC manufacturing facility. All tools are inspected and tested for customer compliance prior to installation at our customer's facility. Our tools are manufactured from various types of materials ranging from high strength alloy to pre-aged steels, depending upon our customer requirements.
