Mastercam & SolidworksThe Neu Dynamics team of engineers is fully versed in the technology of 3-D Solid Modeling. We are able to convert all types of files and work from most major software packages. We use cutting edge software - including Mastercam and Solidworks - in complex mold designs.
Nano Technology
In the world of nano technology there are different definitions of "small". Our latest investment in nano technology has enabled Neu Dynamics to machine the smallest of features in various types of materials. Our hard machining center is capable of milling and drilling holes as small as .005". This new nano technology allows us to machine features barely visible to the naked eye.
Hard Milling / Sodick Machine
Neu Dynamics utilizes a Sodick High Speed Machining Center for hard milling complex geometries in hardened cavity blocks. This state-of-the-art equipment enables us to machine hardened cavities and cores with tight tolerances and impressive surface finishes. We also manufacture intricate electrodes, on a contract basis, with solid files developed from a customer's part file. Rapid prototyping is gaining speed in the ever changing industry of mold making, and with this high-speed technology linked directly to our 3-D engineering, we are able to meet the aggressive delivery demands of our customers in the medical, automotive and electronics industries. Neu Dynamics is a leader in high-precision high cavitation tooling.
Fuel Cell Component Molds
Neu Dynamics can supply molds for both compression and injection systems used in the development of fuel cell component molds. Future demands for battery replacement in items such as notebook PC's, web-based cell phones, hand held computers, etc. will create a very large demand. Our engineers are versed in the latest technology in the fuel cell component molds field.
